Mr Nick Green

“Mr Green is an experienced leader who has worked in senior roles across numerous areas including elite high performance sport, governance, finance and government relations. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Cycling Australia. Before this, he spent six years at the Victorian Major Events Company, his last position being Group Manager of Acquisition and Development. He is President of the Victorian Olympic Council, an Executive Board Member of the Australian Olympic Committee, a Fellow and Director of Leadership Victoria and a Board Member of VicHealth.
Nick has attended seven Olympic Games and was the Chef de Mission of the 2012 Australian Olympic Team. He was awarded the Order of Australia Medal and inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame in recognition of his sporting achievements which included being a member of rowing’s famous Rowing Oarsome Foursome that won two world titles and the 1992 and 1996 Olympic gold medals.“
